Who is responsible

What I collect

If you fill in the contact form or the scorecard: the details you type, the page you came from and any campaign parameters in the link. If you accept analytics: anonymous usage data (pages viewed, clicks, which version of the page you saw) and, for ad campaigns, a conversion signal sent to Google Ads or LinkedIn.

Why

To reply to you, to understand which parts of this page are useful, and to measure whether ads bring the right people. The legal basis is your consent for analytics and ads, and my legitimate interest in answering a request you sent.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored on Cloudflare (EU data location requested). Analytics run on PostHog Cloud EU. Notification emails are sent through Resend. Ad conversion tags are only loaded after you accept.

How long

Leads are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. Analytics data follows PostHog retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by email. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr). You can change your cookie choice with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
